At Shine BE Happy, we value the time and commitment we set aside for each guest. To ensure that we can continue providing excellent service, we have the following cancellation policy in place:
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time to other guests.
Late Cancellations or No-Shows
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a charge of 100% of the service fee.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are happy to assist you in rescheduling if necessary. Thank you for your understanding and continued support of Shine BE Happy.
